Cybraphon is the latest project from Edinburgh based art collective, FOUND.
Described as ‘the emotional robot band’ this project incorporates antique instruments, recycled robotics, some fancy programming and some great musicians to produce, in my opinion, an extremely inventive piece of art.
Cybraphon monitors its own popularity on social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter and plays music, written by FOUND, which reflects its emotions caused by this popularity status. Its emotions range between desolation, indifference and delirium. I could talk on and on but the project little justice so I think you should definitely check it out for yourselves…
